We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.
We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
Shipping within the UK is covered within the cost of your order.
We can ship internationally, but, for orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your destination. These charges must be borne by you, the recipient.
Delivery typically takes from 2 to 4 business days depending on your location. During sales periods, this may take longer - so please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order.
You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time specified in the order confirmation email, however, we are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and exchanges
Our top priority is ensuring that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), simply send a return request to orders@aevhalondon.com within 14 days of delivery (you will find a packing slip included with your order with full returns instructions). Please also see 'returns and exchanges' tab at bottom of the page for mor detail.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to our returrn conditions (see 'returns and exchanges' tab at bottom of the page).
The item(s) should be returned unused, in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original dust bag(s) and packaging.
NB:
- Any refunds provided will not include cost of postage
- When items purchased at discount/ sale prices, the postage cost of returns are the customer's own.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

Orders and Payment
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. All payments made on www.aevhalondon.com are secure; we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and we do not store any of your payment information.
As soon as you notice a mistake in your order, please send us an email at orders@aevhalondon.com so we can see if a modification/ cancellation can be made.
We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately therefore cannot always make changes after an order has been placed.
