Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?

  • We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

How much does shipping cost?

  • We ship internationally but, for orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your destination. These charges must be borne by you, the recipient.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and we'll endeavour to ship your item as soon as possible (between 2-4 working days), but during sales please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. 
  • We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time specified in the order confirmation email, however, we are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

What about returns/exchanges?

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as they fulfil our general returns criteria (please see 'returns & exchanges' page). We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
  • NB: Refunds provided (or value returned for use in exchanges) will not cover cost of postage. When items purchased at discount/ sale prices, the postage cost of returns and exchanges are the customer's own.

Which payment methods do you accept?

  • We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, AliPay, UnionPay and WeChat Pay. All payments made on www.aevhalondon.com are secure; we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and we do not store any of your payment information.
