Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your item you may return it within fourteen days, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging (including dust bag and storage box) and in perfect condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- You must include everything that came with the delivery of your goods inside the box.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) and include order confirmation number within your returned package (if we cannot identify your order, we won't be able to process the refund).
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as they fulfil our general returns criteria.
- Refunds provided will not cover cost of postage.
- When items purchased at discount/ sale prices, the postage cost of returns are the customer's own.
To initiate a return:
- Please email us at orders@aevhalondon.com, indicating the reason why you are returning the goods, along with the order confirmation number.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your item you may exchange it within fourteen days, subject to our general return conditions (listed above).
To initiate an exchange:
- Please email us at orders@aevhalondon.com indicating your order number, the reason why you want to exchange the item and what you would like to exchange it for.
NB:
- The value returned to the customer, to be used for an exchange, will not cover cost of postage (therefore you may need to pay an additional amount to complete the exchange)
- When items are purchased at discount/ sale prices, the postage cost of returns and exchanges are the customer's own.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
